In the South East corner of the garden, you’ll find a large relaxing Bali-bed and Hammock areas surrounded with exotic tropical plants, a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons and watch the sun go down over the mountains.
On entering, you’ll be greeted by a breath-taking hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to a bright open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, a self-contained utility room and private snug/playroom.
The kitchen, with large island/breakfast bar, has everything you need including a large oven, gas stove microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, Nespresso and tons of kitchen gadgets for juicing, smoothie making etc. along with a solid wood dining table that accommodates 10 for breakfast lunch and dinner.
The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American style fridge freezer and a separate sink/drainer.
The Snug is the hub of entertainment, with a 50″ UHD 4K TV, Streaming UK TV, Blu-ray player, tons of films, stacks of board games & puzzles (for all ages), a selection of superb books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a pool/snooker table that flips over into an air-hockey table.
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, while upstairs leads to three more bedrooms; all bedrooms have their own bathroom, black-out blinds, plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and draws. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) have a safe mounted discreetly in the wardrobe.
The house has high-speed internet, so you’ll enjoy connected living throughout the house and into the gardens. The house boasts air conditioning and central heating throughout and is secured by a monitored security alarm.
